  • Welcome! 

    Please complete the following question about your organization's hunger-fighting activities and interests. 

    Within ten business days of submitting your interest form, a Food Bank representative will contact you to learn more about your interests and programs and to discuss the next steps for your organization to work with Food Bank. 

    Please note the following:

    • Completing a Partnership Interest Questionnaire does not guarantee partnership or participation by the Food Bank; 
    • Completing a Partnership Interest Questionnaire does not obligate your organization to partnership or participation; and, 
    • The Food Bank may have to place your organization on a waitlist until resources are available to support a partnership. 
  • *Operational: The food program distributes food regularly (at least once per month) and has been doing so for the past several months consistently.

  • Program Descriptions: 

    Mobile Food Pantry: This program hosts Food Bank's Mobile Food Pantry truck on defined dates and times. 

    Emergency Food Pantry: This food program regularly provides a grocery package to neighbors in need.  

    Soup Kitchen or Meal Site: This food program regularly provides neighbors with a prepared meal.  

    Fresh Foods Site: This food program type provides perishable food items sourced from grocery stores 

    Food Sense Site: Food $en$e is a monthly food-buying co-op for anyone who wants to stretch their grocery dollars. Food $en$e provides a monthly box of 12-15 staple grocery items at a discounted price. There are no qualifications, subscriptions, or requirements to participate in Food $en$e.

    Senior Box Distribution: a monthly delivery program that provides a package of produce and dairy items to seniors residing in low-income senior apartment complexes or buildings. 

    Backpack Program: provides children with a bag or "backpack" of nutritious food items to help them over the weekend or during school breaks.  

    Kids Cafe: provides children with balanced meals through after-school programs. In addition to providing nutritionally balanced meals, Kids Cafe sites also offer a welcoming and safe environment in areas of high need where children can do homework and participate in educational and recreational activities.

    Summer Food Service Program / Meal Site: SFSP ensures that low-income children receive nutritious meals during summer break when they do not have access to school lunch or breakfast.

  • * A regular volunteer is defined as a volunteer who is able to volunteer multiple times in a given year.

    • Limited resources may require the Food Bank to place your organization on a waitlist until resources are available to support a partnership.
