Please tell us about your organization. Completing this fully will assist us in evaluating your organization's request and finding the right resources to participate in your event. 

If your organization would like to invite one of Food Bank's team members to your event for a presentation on any of the topics listed on this page, please complete this information. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee a member of Food Bank's team will be able to participate. 

What is a Nutrition Event?

The Food Bank partners with Just Say Yes to Fruits & Vegetables (JSY) to offer our neighbors engaging nutrition workshops that promote healthy eating and cooking with fruits and vegetables. USDA-approved lesson plans enhance knowledge and skills related to nutrition and promote the use of seasonal produce through simple, affordable recipes. Whether it's a one-time workshop or part of a long-term series, all educational opportunities are designed to be accessible, engaging, and useful for neighbors. 

Thank you for completing an Event Participation Request. To help us prepare better, please note the following: 

Food Bank staff are prohibited from participating in political events or those sponsored by organizations with politically aligned or affiliated interests. 

Food Bank staff will attempt to fulfill your request - if the necessary staff and other resources are available at the time of your event. 

Requests will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. 

A Food Bank representative will contact you regarding your event within one week of receiving your request. 

It is strongly recommended that you submit your request at least 30 days prior to the event. 

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a Food Bank staff person will be able to participate in or attend your event. 

Upon submission of this form, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of this form.
