2026 Hunger Heroes Awards Nomination Form

Do you know someone who goes above and beyond to combat hunger and food insecurity in our communities? We want to hear from you! "Hunger Heroes" is a recognition and rewards program designed to celebrate the unique contributions of these extraordinary difference-makers.

Suggested nominee categories include businesses/organizations, individuals making a difference, volunteers or staff members of a food program.

Submissions close at midnight on July 31, 2026. A Food Bank volunteer, Leadership, and Board members committee will conduct an anonymous review and scoring process to select award recipients. The award presentations will occur at the Food Bank's annual regional Partner Agency Conferences
